Politique de remboursement
We are happy to refund any item within 21 days from date of arrival under the condition that the item is returned in its original perfect condition and all labels are attached. The return postage is paid by you, the customer.
Return items must be sent to the following address:

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost in shipping. If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Import taxes, custom duties
In the event of a return, customs duties, import taxes and courier fees will not be refunded. If you are returning items from outside the EU, please note "RETURN of goods" on the customs declaration to avoid the levying of customs duties. Returns with customs duties payable cannot be accepted.
