Please take your time to read our terms and conditions before you place your order. All orders placed by you via our website and all deliveries and services are governed according to our below Terms and Conditions and Swiss law. By browsing and using our webshop, you agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions as well as with our Privacy Policy.

1. ORDERING
Upon placing an order with us, we will send you an order receipt e-mail listing each product you have requested to buy. This e-mail is not an acceptance of your order by us. Once payment has been made, a final and binding contract has been concluded between you and minimalisma and we will arrange for the goods to be delivered to you. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or if the item ordered is out of stock.

Only private customers are allowed to order products through this webshop. If you are interested in our products for re-sale purposes, please contact sales@minimalisma.com

2. PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Euro, excluding shipping.
- Shippings to EU-countries and Great Britain include VAT.
- Shippings to Switzerland include 7.7% VAT (taxes and duties paid).
- Purchase orders by customers outside of the EU do not include VAT. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. We try to compensate this by offering very reasonable shipping rates to these countries.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master, American Express, Diners, Discover. We also accept PayPal payments, Alipay and Klarna Payments.

The amount will not be drawn from your card before the goods leave our stock.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information and ensures full security while the information is transmitted via the Internet. Unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information provided during the transaction.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

3. DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 working days. Upon order shipment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail as well as an e-mail from the courier with tracking advice. Minimalisma cannot be held liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or shipping company related delays. In the unlikely event of delivery issues we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Your package will be shipped with UPS, GLS, Deutsche Post, or Swiss Post, depending on the final destination and the shipping option chosen.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

5. CLAIM
All items are quality controlled and carefully checked before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately per e-mail to shop@minimalisma.com. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

8. PROMOTIONS
Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand. Promotions are not valid on prior purchases or shipping charges. Offers may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or voucher. Promotions have no cash value. Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer.
