Emma lives with her two boys and their father in a small Danish village. This quaint home, originally meant for the 'widower of the priest,' serves as a picturesque backdrop for Emma’s creative journey.
Emma’s passion for photography apperared in 2022 when she was expecting her second child. With no formal training, she embraced a "learning by doing" approach, guided by her natural talent for capturing authentic moments. Her ability to make people feel at ease in front of the camera allows her to create genuine and heartfelt images. Emma's journey began with photographing her children, and her love for storytelling through photography quickly grew. Her vision is to create photos that tell a story, connecting scenes and products in a way that feels real and relatable.
Emma finds joy in styling scenes and thrifting for props, fueled by her passion for antique items. She loves the entire process, from the initial idea to the final edited result, always striving for perfection. For Emma, photography is not just about technical skills but also about creativity and capturing those sweet moments. In her own words, Emma shares, “I don’t like when it’s just a dead photo with no thought behind, with a scene or a product that isn’t connected. I love when the audience feels that it is real and they can almost envision what happens in the photo.”
